Project Co-ordinator and Administrator - Liphook, United Kingdom - Personnel Selection
Description
The main duties of the role will be:
- Engaging with Clients to understand their developing needs and instigate appropriate responses
- Acting as a link between Project Managers and our Finance team taking on the administrative tasks
- Client representative / associate consultant administration
- Updating project programmes
- Action tracking
- Updating registers (consultation trackers, data registers, client document registers
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with experience of coordinating multidisciplinary projects
- An eye for detail, not accepting second best and taking personal pride and responsibility for all aspects within their control
- A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- The ability to work professionally and collaboratively and build credibility with senior colleagues and internal clients
- A methodical approach to assisting in the administration and production of projects
- The ability to work positively under pressure and deliver quality output to client deadlines
