Description

The main duties of the role will be:

  • Engaging with Clients to understand their developing needs and instigate appropriate responses
  • Acting as a link between Project Managers and our Finance team taking on the administrative tasks
  • Client representative / associate consultant administration
  • Updating project programmes
  • Action tracking
  • Updating registers (consultation trackers, data registers, client document registers

The successful applicant will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with experience of coordinating multidisciplinary projects
  • An eye for detail, not accepting second best and taking personal pride and responsibility for all aspects within their control
  • A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • The ability to work professionally and collaboratively and build credibility with senior colleagues and internal clients
  • A methodical approach to assisting in the administration and production of projects
  • The ability to work positively under pressure and deliver quality output to client deadlines
