12 Month FTC (with a potential to go perm)

£37,000 - £40,000

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client who are global and leading within their field.

The primary responsibility will be to provide pro-active and effective operational and strategical support to relevantparts of the business.

Key Responsibilities

To actively engage with your stakeholders and members of the team, engendering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, drawing on your knowledge of case law and legislation.
To drive employee engagement ensuring outcomes are linked to delivery targets and improved efficiencies
Support with short and longterm absence cases providing advice and recommendations
Lead the recruitment activity with a focus on improving recruitment methods and achieve cost reduction goals.
Proactively support HR and the business to improve performance and management awareness.
Ensure own skills and knowledge are kept up to date and take the responsibility for ensuring any learning's are evaluated and revisited periodically as well as keeping up to date with employment case law.
Provide daytoday operational and transactional HR activities to the business.
Attend and actively participate in UK HR meetings, sharing best practices.
Be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment that demands quick turnaround in respect of change initiatives.
