  • Overall Goal of Role_


Deliver an efficient implementation service for the NetSuite side of the business that maximises customer revenue from our available resources and provides a best-in-class, customer-focused service to new and existing Eureka customers.

Ensure that all staff can work at their full potential through a structured program of training and mentoring.

  • Responsibilities_
  • Maximise the number of chargeable days per month to hit KPIs ensuring that each team member is utilised efficiently every day
  • Using knowledge of the order book, plan and implement the profile of resource needed to deliver an efficient service that meets company growth and customer service objectives
  • Execute an ongoing individual training plan for each member of staff that maximises their contribution in line with business and customer service objectives
  • Implement an efficient project delivery methodology that ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and to the customer's satisfaction
  • Ensure the implementation process is structured, repeatable and consistent, and that learnings from customer issues are used to improve the underlying process
  • Implement a customer feedback process that assesses customer's experience of the implementation process and captures any recommendations for improvement
  • Input to the product team on customerrequested features and functionality
  • Work with the project management team to assign project resource for successful delivery of each project
  • Assist sales in any presales requirements for the SuiteSuccess methodology
  • Work in conjunction with the development and support teams to manage the needs of customers
  • Manage any customer issues related to the implementation delivery of the project
  • Perform staff reviews of staff reporting to the role
  • Managing the holiday requests of staff reporting to the role
  • Attend and present at monthly team leader meetings

Job Types:

Salary:
From £65,000.00 per year
