Senior UX Writer/Copywriter sought by leading retail banking/insurance organisation based remotely.

The role:
As part of the core design team, you'll help shape the future digital bank - from the inside. Supported by exceptional Design colleagues, with their own strengths and bold viewpoints.

From day one you'll be making a positive impact on the lives of millions.

More than just a writer, you'll be a guide, a fount of knowledge and source of inspiration for some iconic financial brands.

You'll focus on the copy, tone of voice and brand personality of content for home insurance customers.
Working closely with UX Designers and User Researchers, you'll use your skills to craft clear, customerfriendly content for user journeys and public site pages.
You'll help to identify insights and opportunities to refine existing content and develop more effective conversations for the benefit of every customer and the business.
You'll get access to new data, conversational analysis and design tools and some very cool software. As a result, you'll help to shape and deliver projects of impressive scale no small ask.
