SEN Tutor/Teacher

This role will be based on site at school. You will be required to work with individual students who need some extra support with their maths.

You would need to be able to plan and deliver short sessions.

Your Role:

Supporting learners on a onetoone basis
Delivering lessons face to face
Providing feedback to teachers and parents and other stakeholders
You will be assisting pupils with Complex Communication and Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties and other Learning Disabilities

What you will need:

A range of behaviour management techniques
To have worked with learners with a range of needs
The ability to engage a young person in learning through a range of methods
To be able to commit to working with young people for a period of time to ensure consistency of learning
A resilient attitude
