Introduction:

Sylvagen is a fast growing and innovative company operating in the recycling and renewable fuels sectors.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Customer Service Representative (European Department) to run the daily movements of material throughout Europe.

We pride ourselves on a close-knit working environment based in our office in Lamberhurst.


What we are looking for:

Someone who is tenacious, resilient, ambitious and outgoing by nature.


Your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of existing accounts within the UK and Europe as well as helping to identify new leads.
  • Manage and develop supplier and customer database.
  • Daily running of international shipments in and out of the UK and across Europe by road and sea.
  • Completion of documents required for import/export process, including customs clearance and relevant regulatory documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting spreadsheets.

Experience and qualifications:


  • Some relevant industry knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • It would be beneficial to speak French to a business level.
  • Proficient in excel, word and outlook.
  • You must be willing to travel throughout Europe, if required.

The package:

Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm

Holidays: 28 days (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
