Description

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Newport.

-
Hours of work are 12pm - 4pm Monday to Friday (no flexibility)
Working within the busy Customer Service team you will provide a first-class service to customers ensuring all queries are dealt with in line with Standards of Service and duties will include: Taking inbound calls from clients

  • Resolving queries and complaints from internal and external sources
  • Maintaining accurate database records
  • Accessing information in support of departmental activities
  • Escalating calls where necessary
  • The ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office to include Word & Excel
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work to targets
