Are you an
Contact Centre Team Lead for a new opportunity? I am working with
Brent Council

Rate - £22.80 to £24.62 per hour
This role will be looking after my Environment and Neighbourhood Team and this covers the following areas:

  • Council's Switchboard
  • Children's and Families Information Service
  • Public Real
  • Environmental Services
  • Planning
  • Building Control
  • Environment and Protection
Shared team, there will one other team leader. 15 reports across the two leaders with 8 direct reports. There are two other teams within the structure and 5 team leaders in total. Working days and hours are non negotiable. flexible working, two days in the office, these will need to be flexible. More required as training. Public sector experience is essential.
