Locum Band 6 Care of Elderly Physiotherapist - South West London
IMC Locums are the new age healthcare agency, we pride ourselves on delivering healthcare recruitment better.


We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in South West London.

They are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist with previous Care of the elderly experience.


42 bedded older people's rehab unit based in a large Community Hospital providing assessment, treatment and discharge planning for older patients transferred from acute hospitals for ongoing rehabilitation once medically stable.

Patients have a wide varietyof comorbidities and long term conditions leading to admission including falls, fractures, generally not coping at home, Parkinson's Disease, dementia so experience in this field is required.

You will be delegating to rehab assistants and work very closely with all other MDT colleagues allocating. Other team members OTs, speech and language therapist, rehab assistants nursing team, dietitian and medical staff Car not required


Position Requirements

  • HCPC Registered
  • Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
  • Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within Care of the Elderly setting.
