2x Full Time and 1 x Part Time, Permanent postions Monday -Friday across the city.


The main role of an Estate and site officer is to undertake cleaning duties in Housing blocks of flats across the city.

This involves carrying out tasks individually or as part of a team to ensure that the communal areas inside and outside of the blocks are clean, tidy and safe.


You will assist colleagues in reporting issues around site such as communal repairs, anti-social behaviour and reporting health and fire safety.

You will take responsibility to deal with waste management on site including changing and pulling bins out and moving bulky waste items to collection points

You will also act as the councils front line visable contact providing assistance and advice to residents and visitors.
