Description

An independent cost construction consultancy are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Design Executive to join their growing team.

A firm of exceptionally talented and dedicated professionals, they care passionately about providing the highest levels of service to clients and the pursuit of excellence in all that they do.

You will support in everyday creative development, as well as design of Bid and Marketing collateral.


Bid and BD documents:

  • Creating and preparing bid and marketing documents using InDesign.
  • Assisting in maintaining graphics library.
  • Designing icons / graphics for reports & presentations.
  • Maintaining/advancing our image library, ensuring complete copyright compliance.
  • Capability Statements.
  • Case studies.
  • Editing in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Keeping bid library up to date.
  • Maintain 'our business' documents.
Marketing support & Administration

  • Creation of marketing collateral and documentation.
  • Internal and client events support.
  • General day to day BD and office support.
  • Support in updating the company website.
  • Support with creating and delivering social media campaigns.
  • Collating and sending weekly news summary.
  • Awards documentation preparation.
  • Article / media design and proofing.
  • Marketing and BD Project Tracker.
  • Compiling/creating documents.
  • Using Word and Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign.
  • Word processing invoices, letters, minutes.
  • Photocopying, filling, scanning.
  • Branding nonbrand compliant documents before they are sent out.
  • Designing and printing CD contract labels.
  • Document binding.
  • Compiling/amending PDF documents.
  • Support on proposals placemats, presentations.
  • General reception support / cover.
  • Business cards.
  • New starter profiles.
Key Skills

  • Adobe InDesign (Intermediate
  • Expert).
  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Intermediate
  • Expert).
  • Microsoft Office incl. Word, PowerPoint & Excel (Intermediate
  • Expert).


  • Microsoft Outlook (Intermediate

  • Expert).
  • Great attention to detail and proofing skills.
  • WordPress experience.
