Solicitor / Legal Executive 5PQE

DEPARTMENT:
Probate.

HOURS:
37 1/3 hours, Full Time, Permanent. Flexible, Hybrid

SALARY:
Negotiable on experience

LOCATION:
Bradford

YOUR NEW COMPANY:

This firm has been in business for over 150 years, operating nationwide.

You will be joining This is a Legal 500 award winning medium to large size firm, but everyone in the business is recognised and has direct access to the MD.

They are looking for an experienced person to join their probate department at the Bradford office with the occasional presence in the Guisley office to support more jr members of staff.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

You will be working in a busy probate department.
Various Private client matters such as Wills, Lasting power of Attorneys, tax/Trusts work and probate.
Working with other probate fee earners In the team.
Marketing and Networking and creating business contracts.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experienced in buys probate department.
Able to network and generate business contract is essential.
Preferably experience in mentoring more jr members of staff.
At least 5 years PQE.
Personable.
Great communication skills.
Flexible to your approach of work.
