Solutions Director

The key purpose is to seek out new business through developing a strong sales pipeline, achieve a high level of conversion of leads to new business wins and key account relationship management across the private sector business.
You will be responsible for:
- Actively drive all elements of
Commercial Agenda:
Keep, Win and Grow
- Lead the bid processes for all target clients within your segment
- Develop a compelling needs analysis and 'go to market' strategy for key target clients
- Help develop and maintain 5year pipeline across current and target clients
- Support with Global bids as required
- Develop a comprehensive sector focused network and drive Csuite engagement across key current and target clients
- Be a leader within with Commercial team
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in the Production industry ideally selling FM in Finance and Banking
- Strong bidding exposure; leading on £10m+ bid opportunities
- Demonstrable evidence of building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Proven track record in conversion to achieve targets
- Skilled at asking questions and listening to identify customer needs and develop outcomes
- Good problemsolving skills when working under pressure on complex solution sessions
