Wates have a new opportunity for a Client Support Administrator to join our Wates FM team based Southampton
As the Client Support Administrator you will be key to the success of our Facilities Management Helpdesk team.
As our Client Support Administrator, you will:
- Have strong administration experience in a busy, customer focused environment.
- Experience in having worked in Facilities Management before and working knowledge of different systems.
- Able to liaise, collate and process all paperwork towards our clients' timescales.
- Have an excellent customer facing skills via phone, face to face and virtually.
- Have superb attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
