Overview:

Starting pay for this role is £11.64 per hour for the first six months. During which time Swissport will work to develop your new skills and experiences required for the role, once attained and on completion of probation, you will receive a further 1.5% increase.

Responsibilities:


Job responsibilities:


  • Manage the kitchen area within the lounge, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Prepare hot and cold food offerings to be presented on a selfservice station within the lounge.
  • To ensure the quality and presentation of food is prepared according to all SOPs to guarantee a consistently excellent standard of service.
  • Ensure all food is stored, handled and packaged correctly.
  • Follow our Food Safety Management System at all times.
  • Maintain records of temperatures of hot food and cold storage according to the SOP.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and Competences:


  • Background in a highvolume regeneration kitchen.
  • Have a passion for the food service industry.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or be selfmotivated to complete tasks.
  • Flexible to work shifts covering , 7 days a week
