Due to continued Growth at
Emtec Facility Services we are seeking an Extra Works Estimator to join our Team based at our Head Office in Uddingston.

This In this role you will be preparing, raising and sending quotations to clients for extra works from direct client enquiries, sub-contractor issued quotations and engineers recommendation reports.

The Role

Updating of quotes log
Raising quoted jobs once accepted by client and passing to helpdesk to be allocated.
Following up outstanding quotes and cleansing quotes log
Providing sales information for Regional Manager and Directors MMR
Keeping client quote recipient spreadsheet upto date
Liaising with Contracts Managers to check quotes before they are issued.
Raising subcontractor order letters
Uploading copies of quotes onto client portals
Ensure all agreed SLAs are met.

About You
If you've got experience in Facility Services and can navigate Microsoft Dynamics, that's a big plus. We're looking for someone with top-notch organisational skills who can manage their time and priorities with ease. Building and maintaining relationships should be second nature to you along being a great communicator and problem solver too. Computer skills are key, you need to be able to comfortably work with the Microsoft Office package.
