NonStop Consulting is currently hiring for a renowned utilities company an Asset & Configuration Manager where you will support the Service Management Centre (SMC) lead and manage the lifecycle of the processes that ensure the content and quality of datarecorded in the Service Asset and Configuration Management databases (AMDB & CMDB) meet the required standards.

The role is hybrid so you would have to go into office in Worthing - West Sussex, only a couple days of week and the rest will be remote working.


The requirements that this role entail are:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of the operation and management of a CMDB.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of using ServiceNow.
  • Deep understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL) and how Configuration Management underpins these.
  • Extensive experience of working in a Configuration Management lead role.
  • Experience of implementing integrations within ServiceNow platform.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate as a minimum.
