We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Facilities Manager (FM) team at HMP Dovegate - a Category B adult male facility near Uttoxeter, Staffordshire where we care for up to 1160 male adult prisoners over the age of 21 serving a range of sentences including trial, remand, those awaiting sentence and convicted men serving long and short term sentences.

You will support the FM Manager and Deputy FM with procurement activity and operate the Facilities Helpdesk utilising the CAFM system.

Whilst this is a typical administrative support role, working within a busy facilities team can be challenging Ideally, you will have experience working in FM or a similar role with an understanding of project management so you can deliver on accountabilities such as:

Support the wider contract team where necessary
Record and maintain asset information within the CAFM system to ensure all asset data is current
Produce reports and forecasts based on data within the CAFM system
Monitor and record all PO's and expenditure.
Deal with queries regarding financial and contractual obligations.
Process pay-roll time sheets, overtime & sickness.

What you'll need to do the role

Competent knowledge of CAFM systems is essential and the ability to create reports from raw data.

You must enjoy working as part of team and be confident with maintaining accurate records and working to set deadlines.
