Description

Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a highly reputable Kitchen Retailer in the West Midlands to find a Senior Designer to effectively carry out the design and sale of kitchen furniture.

Your duties will include:


  • Achieving sales in line with your agreed personal sales targets
  • Being an excellent communicator, be friendly, personable and approachable
  • Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site
  • Executing and coordinating the sale of the kitchen
  • Effectively communicating the procedures systems and time scales required to customers and explaining the Terms & Conditions
  • Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom, introducing yourself and the company
  • Experience in Mid/High end Kitchen Design
  • The confidence and communication skills required to negotiate the sale of kitchens

In return you'll receive:

Salary:£27,500

Commission: 2% of all sale revenue.

  • Structured bonus' based on hitting achievable targets
