We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to work at JJ Cookson, a family Peugeot Car Dealership in Macclesfield.

The position will be Full Time, and we offer great rates of pay, very generous bonuses, a 7% pension contribution and staff discounts.

This responsible role in our Service department involves a high level of organization and a genuine interest in delivering a great customer experience.

You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and able to show great attention to detail, while always being a friendly point of contact for customers and staff.

Day to day duties will include answering the phones, booking appointments, checking in and out customers, estimating jobs, invoicing and day to day admin within a busy service department team.
