The post-holder will be responsible for a defined set of events, including Open Days, Applicant Taster Days, Interview Days and Clearing events, as well as assisting with other events essential to the University's operational output.

The post-holder will also lead on the administration and delivery (in some instances only) of internal event enquiries.


The post-holder will be an excellent communicator in all media and will possess an exemplary attitude for both customer service and process management.

They will be able to work both independently, and as part of a wider team on collaborative projects with measurable objectives.


The post-holder should have experience leading events from end to end, and be experienced in meeting client requirements where applicable.


Experience of working within the UK Higher Education sector would be desirable but not essential, as would an awareness of the progression journey from UK Further Education to Higher Education.
