Client Details


My client is based in an accessible area of Leeds and they fall under the not for profit and charities sector more specifically the education sector.

They currently have a lot going on as they are a fairly big organisation.

This Payroll Specialist role,will be a temporary assignment for 3 months with the opportunity for this to be extended longer.


Description


You will need to have experience with managing/supervising a payroll team before so that you are able to support and advise the payroll team.

For this role, you will be inputting and checking data for timesheets/expenses, claims/sickness reports to the payrollsystem, query management, outstanding monthly reconciliations, and will have to calculate over/under payments plus much more


Profile


For the Payroll Specialist role, you will need to have done people management before within a payroll team and feel comfortable supporting and advising the team.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, bea strong team player, high attention to detail and be able to prioritise whilst under pressure.
