THE COMPANY
Simple Self Drive is a leading London based PCO/ private Hire vehicle rental company with a growing fleet of vehicles.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic fleet administrator with previous experience in customer support.
Additional duties will be updating driver and vehicle documentation on our systems.
Your main duties will include:
- Processing PCN's and Speeding fines through our partially automated system.
- Good computing and data entry skills.
- Making representations to issuing authorities via the PCN system.
- Filing PE3 and PE2 for court proceedings.
- Liaising with other departments on repeat offenders.
- Liaising with bailiff companies
- Offering help and advice to customers regarding their PCN's.
We are looking for somebody with previous experience dealing with customers, and the ability to provide information and guidance to our drivers in a professional and caring manner.
This means we are not only looking for a good level of experience, but individuals who can express themselves well, take charge of situations where they are most needed, and who can think effectively on their feet.
