About Our Client:

My client are a global organisation who offer a hugely supportive working environment for all staff members. They provide full training and offer excellent career progression up to senior management level. They offer hybrid working with 2 days from home. This role will involve covering shifts between 7am to 6pm Monday - Sunday.

  • Processing a variety of administration tasks
  • Managing a busy phone line and making sure that all call targets were achieved on a daily basis
  • Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in a accurate manner
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service
  • Organise confirmations for medical appointments
  • Process payments
  • Operate in accordance with FCA regulations

  • Organised with the ability to multi task
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
