Storeman - Croydon, Surrey
My client are a global technology company specialising in a variety of markets including energy, transport and automotive.

Due to their continued success, they're looking for a Storeman to help with the receiving, handling and packing of goods.


Key responsibilities:


  • Preparing and booking goods in/out for despatch, ensuring they are correctly booked in on the computer system
  • Identifying shortages and informing purchasing/production control
  • Checking over paperwork for accuracy
  • Loading/unloading trucks with incoming/outgoing goods using a forklift truck
  • Picking parts in accordance with the picking list

Professional Experience & Education:


  • Current forklift license
  • Experience Aisle Master is desirable
  • Previous relevant logistics experience desirable
  • Experience of computer stock systems and data entry

Package details:


  • 12 Month fixed term contract - does have the potential to go permanent thereafter
