Here at South Causey Inn, we are looking to employ enthusiastic Bar tender. They will assist with the day to day service within all bars. You will need previous restaurant/bar experience, some supervisor responsibilities and be capable of working in a fast-paced restaurant.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service to bar patrons
  • Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies
  • Collaborate with other bar staff to ensure smooth operations

Skills:


  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
Wage - £12 per hour


Salary:
£11.50-£12.00 per hour
