Are you passionate about people and are interested in joining our dynamic team as a
HR Advisor?


If you have experience of working in human resources or a related field and have highly developed administration and IT skills, then this could be the next step in your career.

This role is the first point of contact for all enquiries into the internal HR service and will require you to provide comprehensive, pragmatic and customer focused support, advice and guidance on employment issues.

In addition, you will be required to review, modernise and develop internal processes through the development of our HR system.

So, if you have;

  • CIPD qualification and/or relevant experience and a commitment to progress with further study.
  • Experience of providing employment advice to internal and external customers.
  • Evidence of administering and improving employment related processes.
  • Knowledge of digital HR solutions.

The Council offers different employment options including flexible hours and working from home.
