A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in Havant.

The company are ideally looking for someone who can build strong relationships with clients, whilst ensuring they stay within credit limits.


Duties will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, being the point of contact for customers and forging positive relationships
  • Reconciling accounts and posting cash
  • Liaising with clients to ensure collection of overdue accounts by all methods and maintaining client records
  • Managing account queries resolutions and dealing with external / internal enquiries
  • Handling disputed invoices and bringing in payments within agreed terms
  • Identifying debts that may require escalation
  • Ageddebt reports
  • Setting up new customers / performing credit checks
  • Monitoring credit reports
The company are looking for someone to work full-time.

You will need strong credit control experience and excellent customer communication skills


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Havant, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- credit control: 1 year (required)
