Posted- 25-Jan-2023- Service line- Advisory Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- People/Human Resources- Location(s)- Glasgow - Scotland - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Manchester - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland-The TA Sourcing Specialist will proactively leverage their expertise in the identification and research, of talent, creating market maps and talent pipelines, for future requirements against workforce plans; partnering closely with our TA Partners to meet the current and future hiring needs of the organization.-This is a great opportunity to join a market leading team to help to attract, engage and retain key talent across the UK.

You will proactively build relationships throughout the organization to become a trusted advisor and an ambassador of the firm.

The role will be responsible for identifying top talent to CBRE UK in line with the firm's overall goals and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with the TA Sourcing Manager and TA Partners to understand targeted talent functions and skills CBRE seek and form sourcing strategies to identify and source talent accordingly

  • Promotes CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent, actively participating across the TA team ensuring best practice is shared and implemented
  • Competitor analysis and research including documentation and presentation of information sharing trends and insights
  • Update ATS and other reporting systems to enable weekly and monthly TA activity reports
  • Work collaboratively across the team to improve talent acquisition by identifying and sharing key talent
  • Establish networks and referral sources in the segments that you are sourcing for
  • Ensures adherence to compliance and standard operating procedures
  • Work with agreed Recruitment Agency PSL and manage 3rd party TA suppliers
  • Other duties as directed by the TA Sourcing Manager
  • Managing all recruitment invoices and recruitment coordination


  • Person Specification/Requirements

  • Sourcing experience, from an internal or agency environment
  • Driven to deliver understands business challenges and delivers successful outcomes. This will require strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Able to work in a matrix organisation, prioritising, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience recruiting in Real Estate or Financial Services would be an advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen, sense of urgency and business sense
  • A passion for Diversity Equity and Inclusion in all approaches
  • A passion for recruitment and service delivery
  • Expert in leveraging innovative search techniques, advanced Boolean and range of search tools
  • Experience handling high mandate volumes with demonstrated urgency
  • Excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills
  • Solutions focused, proactive team player, organized and efficient
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint functions)
  • Business or HR related Qualifications highly regarded.
