Sky Recruitment Solutions have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to start immediately at manufacturing facility based in Bradford, BD4 area.


The role requires the following responsibilities & duties:

  • To deal with customer requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently, and professionally to provide excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • To handle customer complaints professionally and in accordance with company procedure to bring about a prompt resolution.
  • To ensure all orders, requests and appropriate documentation are processed efficiently and accurately to ensure we complete within the agreed time scales and minimise cost of quality.
  • To work with and liaise with team members and departments to ensure orders and requests are fulfilled as agreed on time in full in a costeffective manner.
  • Monitor Customer ordering patterns & liaise with members of the Team
  • To be proactive in developing sales relationships directly with customers, in order to grow sales and seek new opportunities, with existing and new customers for both
    new and existing products.
  • To work with and support the Commercial team to help achieve planned volume and profit contribution targets.
  • To work closely with the Credit Control function of the business to assist within the Customer Service team to help Deliver Accounts receivables KPI's
  • To play an active role in the process of achieving best practice in Customer Service standards at the site to ensure the branch achieves the required customer satisfaction target of IIC 3 star status by FY1
  • Engage all Customer Service team in Branch Site improvement Plan to improve site performance
  • Ensure Customer service team are fully engaged & implementing Best in Glass for Customer to meet our targets of being judged Best in Glass by Customer, Our Team & our Shareholder.
  • Previous Customer service experience.
  • Previous Administrator experience.
  • Computer literate
  • Punctual & reliable

DRUG AND ALCOHOL TEST WILL BE REQUIRED BY THE CLIENT BEFORE CANDIDATE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE ROLE

Shifts -

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Salary - £11.84

This is a Temporary position with possibility that there will be a permanent contract opportunity.
