Assist Knowledge Development Limited (AssistKD) is a specialist training company delivering training courses for individuals who work with many blue chip and large government organisations.

Building on the success of our eLearning products and other digital content we produce, we are now looking to recruit an additional member of the Digital Content Development (DCD) team.

The Digital Content Development (DCD) Team


The DCD Team is responsible for developing new digital content, primarily eLearning courses, but also videos for both our courses and social media marketing team to post on platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn.

Additionally, the team also enhances and maintains existing content based on course syllabus updates and customer feedback.

Job Purpose and Duties


The role primarily involves developing and updating AssistKD digital content using a range of software products including Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, Canva, DaVinci and Murf AI.


Typical duties will include:

  • Designing and developing prototypes (mockups of sample slides or short video clips) to demonstrate the user experience and proposed content of eLearning courses and videos.
  • Demonstrating prototypes to business stakeholders and eliciting feedback for improvements.
  • Evolving prototypes into fully operational products for customer use.
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure a high quality of content is produced.
  • Collaborating with other DCD team members to troubleshoot problems and agree design approaches.
  • Researching latest technological trends and eLearning / video production software.

Personal Skills

  • Ability to use Microsoft 365 products, in particular Word, Outlook and Teams.
  • General interest in technology, in particular digital technology.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan and organise own work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional manner.
  • Proactive attitude.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (required).
  • Alevels, bachelor's degree or equivalent (desirable).

From £22,500.00 per year
