About the Role

Joining IT Operations, you will be responsible for providing our staff, subsidiaries and third party clients with first line support and will be responsible for monitoring and supporting business critical systems, performing major batch processing on our IT mainframe, and ensuring our systems are backed up and replicated appropriately.


About You

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel packages
  • Experience working within an IT Environment
Please note, this is a shift based 35 hour per week role. The shifts will cover Monday - Friday 6.45am - 10pm with overtime required (on a rota) at weekends/bank holidays.
