An excellent opportunity with real potential for a mid-level Property Solicitor to develop a real specialism in the intricacies of Leasehold matters at a super Legal 500 practice in Hertfordshire.

You will be working alongside and learning from a highly experiencedPartner as an integral part of this highly regarded specialist team.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability and confidence to manage a busy and varied case load whilst maintaining a quality and confidential service.

You should be able to show some recent and relevant experience handling transactional enfranchisements andrenewals.
You should be fully IT literate with a working knowledge of accounts and case management systems.
