Description
We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer with experience of supporting customers into sustainable employment.

The position is centre based and there maybe a requirement to travel to a variety of locations.


The role will provide:

  • Assisting with developing, implementing and managing PHX Trainings compliance program
  • Coordinating with regulatory bodies
  • Planning, implementing and overseeing riskrelated programs
  • Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues
  • Developing company compliance communications
  • Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training
  • Draft and revise company policies
  • Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
  • Ensure all quality standards and processes are met across the business for all contracts

Person Specification

  • Proven experience of performing a similar Quality role and dealing with OFSTED
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
  • Proven experience of improving quality standards with the ESFA and DWP
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • GCSE English Language or equivalent (Grade A*C)

Size and Scope

Additional Information
Hours: 37.5 hours a week (including 30 min lunch each day)
