About the programme
This is a one-day training for Senior Leaders and Department heads. The objectives for the sessions overall are to build a high-performing and inclusive culture - starting from the "top".
Our client works with people across business, government and not-for-profit sectors to come together and form mutually beneficial relationships.
The desired programme outcomes will support the HR team and equip the leadership team and wider organisation with the skills, confidence and resources that will build a high-performance culture and continue to drive business objectives.
:Performance Management and
Process Management. Both will help to strengthen the leadership and management skills of the leadership team, both "soft" and "hard" skills.
Skills and experience:
- Ideally, someone who has worked in the Public sector
- Someone with a teaching, coaching or mentoring background
- Someone who is an expert within the field of people management/performance management and process management
- Someone who has worked with senior leadership and department heads
- Availability and flexibility in the months of January, February and March 202
- Someone who has a laptop
- You must be fluent in English, both verbal and written communication
What to expect from us
- Client meet and greet at the end of January 202
- You'll attend virtual TTTs (Train the Trainer) and dryrun sessions on all the content that will be delivered and receive handson onboarding on how to be an UpSkiller during February 202
- Unlimited support from our wonderful Talent team Access and onboarding to our Talent Management System, which will have an abundance of RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for proposals) for further programmes and sessions that are matched to your skillset
Interview Process
- First stage interview with a member of the Talent team
- A 5 minute recording of you delivering People management / Performance Management training
- Submit Bio and Headshot
- Client meet & greet
- Onboarding
