Finance Business Partner

Fully Remote, £35,000 - £45,000

Are you a Finance Business Partner looking for a new and exciting challenge? We are currently seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to work remotely and support our business by setting and achieving finance strategies and managing business performance.

The role will require UK travel on a weekly basis.

The Role:

***As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide recommendations to improve revenue and margins, evaluate the sales pipeline, and identify potential improvement interventions. Additionally, you will oversee all Business Unit financial reporting, including monthly finance review reporting and analysis.

Supporting the business unit leaders to manage and challenge the business on current / future performance
Be the point of contact for the business unit leaders and resolving any finance queries Overseeing risk management
Provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue and margin outcomes
Working with the business and taking on input into the forecasting process
Understanding revenue and cost drivers to aid decisionmakers in improving revenue and profitability
Finance reporting & analysis on a monthly basis
Understanding the risks and opportunities in the business, mitigating impact on the business where required
Evaluating sales pipeline to determine priorities and interventions that could aid conversion future revenue and profitability
Overseeing trend and variance analysis, explaining commercial impacts to the wider business

About You - Skills and Experience

Previous experience working in a Management Accountant role and or working with business units
Part qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience (QBE)
Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
Good experience of using Excel and Power Bi (advanced)
