Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Multitask effectively to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities

From £25,411.89 per year
