Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Up sell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns

Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Salary:
From £24,749.45 per year
