Description
Key Duties:
- Liaise and deal with general queries with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Organise quotes for repairs on behalf of the landlords and oversee works
- Organise major refurbishments and compliance checks
- Appointing, vetting and monitoring contractors
- Invoice authorisation
- Update the property management database when necessary
- Deal with insurance on behalf of the landlord
- Manage regular property inspections and write reports of outcomes and letters to landlords and tenants
- Review checkout reports, assess deductions and provide advice to landlords
- End tenancies on portal and deregister online once deposits are finalised
- Manage utility and council tax bills on behalf of landlords
