Key Duties:


  • Liaise and deal with general queries with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Organise quotes for repairs on behalf of the landlords and oversee works
  • Organise major refurbishments and compliance checks
  • Appointing, vetting and monitoring contractors
  • Invoice authorisation
  • Update the property management database when necessary
  • Deal with insurance on behalf of the landlord
  • Manage regular property inspections and write reports of outcomes and letters to landlords and tenants
  • Review checkout reports, assess deductions and provide advice to landlords
  • End tenancies on portal and deregister online once deposits are finalised
  • Manage utility and council tax bills on behalf of landlords
