We're hiring HR Interns.

If you are at university doing a Human Resources or undertaking further studies, read further.

Sharper Labs HR and Legal Consultancy are offering work experience within their HR Department, to students who are doing undergraduate or postgraduate studies.

We will ensure that you are allocated a supervisor who will set achievable objectives and will work with you throughout your internship program.

This would be key to achieving great work experience and you will be able to enhance additional skills needed to land a suitable job role in the future.

Responsibilities

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
Supporting with planning and putting together wider Strategies
Strategy Formulation
Differentiation Strategies
Onboarding
Generalist HR
Evaluating Job Roles
Referencing and Vetting
HR Toolkit and HR Data Maintenance
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.

Requirements:

You should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g., Business or Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confidence, creativity, and initiative to put forward new ideas.
Attention to detail.
Have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to analyse data and keep to the deadline.
