**The Position:
- **We are looking for Waiters for our restaurant.


MISSIONS:


  • Do the service in the restaurant room from the preparation of the room until the departure of the customer, including reception, table service, check out.
  • Adopt in all circumstances a behavior and a presentation in coherence with the company's image
  • Contribute, by his professionalism, to the de development of the customer

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Clean the local and the equipment
  • Set up and manage your rank before, during and after the service. Inspects dining tables and work areas for cleanliness.
  • Welcome the customers and take their orders. Send the orders to the kitchen
  • Satisfy the expectations of all customers with simplicity, efficiency and courtesy
  • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with the outlet guests to ensure their wellbeing
  • Make and verify collections operations
  • Reach and exceed the budgeted average ticket
  • Supervise the clerk and apprentices evolving in your rank
  • Execute quickly and cleanly and in an organized manner all the instructions

  • Multitasking capability without compromising on quality

Technical and functional capabilities:


  • Be creative and be responsive to the unexpected
  • Work independently and selfmonitor your work
  • Punctual and able to work flexible working hours
  • Follows all hygiene requirements ISO, monitors cleanliness in his work area and ensures cleaning of those areas as per standards

Educational and experience requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar job role for 1 year or worked in in similar position
  • Languages: English, French (Italian, German or Spanish: optional)
