Description
We are looking for an experienced Client & Adviser Support to join our Fareham hubCareer
Ideally, you will have experience working within an IFA / Financial Planning firm and hold strong administrative skills with PA support experience.
Day to day tasks will include producing valuations, processing new business, supporting Financial Advisers with diary management, booking appointments, and liaising with clients and providers.
About the role
Reporting to the Hub Manager, this office based support role will help to provide support to our Financial Advisers, Clients, and hub team, whilst a member of the team is undertaking a secondment as an Associate Paraplanner**.
Accountabilities
- Support Financial Advisers to seek out and nurture opportunities for new business and referrals
- Assisting Financial Advisers to maintain and manage their client banks according to segmentation and service proposition
- Keep abreast of Financial Planner and Hub targets, adding value to their achievement
- Ensure client reviews are conducted in a timely annual basis
Skills and Experience
- Experience in providing administrative support within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm
- Experience in using Intelligent Office or XPlan would be advantageous
- A professional and personable communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients
- Able to work to deadlines whilst producing accurate work
- An understanding of how a Financial Services firm operates
