Every week they manage over 5 million sign in procedures at events, whilst capturing over 100,000 visitor images. They are looking for determined graduates ready to help grow the business whilst developing their career.

The package the Graduate Field Sales Executive will receive is:

  • £24,000 basic salary
- £12k uncapped commission in Y
  • BMW 1 series company car
  • Opportunity to work from home when not on the road

The Role:

As a graduate sales executive, you will find yourself interacting and developing relationships with clients as you sell a range of visitor management systems to educational facilities.

Spread across London and the Home Counties, the responsibilities of this field sales role will be split between business development (80%) and account management (20%).

With full sales training provided alongside the role, you will be negotiating with and influencing school business managers, financial directors and head teachers.

This role comes with a company car and provides occasional work from home opportunities.


What you will do:


First 6 months

  • Take lots of information on board
  • Travel across your geographical territory having face to face meetings with your clients
  • Develop the imperative basic skills to build a platform for your sales career
  • Gain superb commercial exposure

Next 6-12 months

  • Use your development to begin hitting targets and earn a healthy bonus
  • Begin to gain greater understanding of the overall sales process
  • Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career
