Meraki Talent are currently looking to recruit an experienced Fund Administration professional for a role with a leading Global Banking organisation.

This role will suit an Investment Operations professional looking to move into Senior Operations position.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as an SME on business operation issues escalated by management and clients.
  • Support high risk items and queries within set timescales.
  • Executing daily governance checks.
  • Reviewing client service on an ongoing basis to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Taking ownership for business change and procedure improvements.
  • Supporting change management and delivery.

Knowledge Required:


  • Previous experience within Investment Operations, preferably cash/trade processing.
  • Demonstrable experience of current industry regulation and markets.
  • IOC qualification or equivalent would be preferable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
