Butler Rose are working with a company who continues to grow at an exciting pace, with businesses in numerous sectors across the wholesale and distribution market experiencing a demand for our products.

This is a key position as it will be responsible for developing a first class reporting function for Group Finance and Central Services, supporting the executive leadership team to make key strategic decisions to facilitate ambitious growth plans for each company.

Duties will include:

Deliver insightful and accurate monthly board reporting, distributed on a timely basis.
Prepare and propose annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, for all group companies, in line with an agreed timetable.
Undertake monthly operational expense reviews and prepare a risks and opportunities report for review with the executive leadership team.
Influence financial performance by creating collaborative working practices with department heads, helping to deliver GP growth and opex savings where possible

Key requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with 3+ years post qualification experience (will consider QBE)
Management skills including people management skills
Superior financial analysis and modelling skills data driven
Attention to detail and ability to manipulate and understand data
Commercial awareness ability to understand the business landscape
Ability to work under pressure and meet fast track deadlines
Courteous nature
Can do attitude
Positive and enthusiastic
Excellent time management
