We're looking for anDocument Controller to join our Major Projects HPC department based in Somerset, Bridgewater. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities
- Control of all documents received whether by hand, post or electronically.
- Scanning of documents as required by the archiving list as approved by the project team.
- Printing of drawings to ensure latest revision on site.
- Management of project filing according to the Project Filing Structure. Assist office manager and Snr Site Administrator with site admin and filing.
- Take cognisance of the document naming and numbering protocol in accordance with the BIM (Building Information Management) Execution plan as agreed with the client.
What do we need from you?
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Working knowledge of document management systems (Preferable Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Understanding of both Administrative and Technical procedures relating to Document Control
- Understanding the Data Protection Act.
