As Business Director you will have the opportunity to run your own business unit and operate across tech, auto, retail and other commercial environments, helping clients to grow based on your deep understandings of consumer needs.
KEY DUTIES
- Lead on new business development opportunities while retaining 100% of existing client business
- As Business Director you will be responsible for leading a team of 1520 people, aiding in their progression and also liaising with executive teams to improve wider business functions
- Define key business problems and generate insightful solutions for various insight, marketing and innovation needs
- Manage and maintain fruitful relationships with clients ensuring they act on your insightful recommendations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- You will have extensive qualitative led research experience as well as familiarity working across a range of research methodologies (e.g. online qual approaches, data, analytics)
- Proven experience leading large teams and cultivating a culture of high performance and results
- You are confident in costing work, proposal writing and delivering compelling pitches to clients
- A confident and commercially focused individual, comfortable presenting and utilising your inquisitive nature to bring new and interesting ideas to the table
