Working within the main reception team whilst adhering to practice policies and protocols, the receptionist will assist the practice team in the provision and delivery of exceptional patient care.


Duties can include but are not limited to:
Greeting and directing patients (face to face or via telephone) Effective use of the clinical system Booking appointments Processing data Scanning of data Filing Photocopying Supporting the clinical team Opening/locking up of practice premises
