Exciting Opportunity for Semi-Skilled Operators / Labourers


J&D Pierce (Contracts) Ltd is Scotland's premier steelwork contractor working on some of UK's most exciting construction projects like Anfield Stadium, the National Innovation Centre, and Queen Street Station, changing the skyline of the UK.


Responsibilities:


  • Safely operating overhead cranes (comprehensive training provided).
  • Maneuvering large steel beams throughout our facility.
  • Skillfully grinding away flecks and imperfections from fabricated pieces.
  • Strictly adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements:


  • Strong initiative and a proactive mindset.
  • The ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety procedures.
  • A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team or independently.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
