Daytime Healthcare are partnering with the UK's number one provider of Laser Eye Surgery, Lens Surgery and Private Cataract Surgery.

They are recruiting for a permanent full time Patient Advisor to join them in their clinic in Harley Street.

This is a permanent full role, working some lates till 9pm and 9am-5:30pm.


Patient Advisor Responsibilities:


  • You will ensure patients feel comfortable and relaxed whilst providing a 5star service.
  • Building a strong relationship with our patients.
  • Performing diagnostic eye scans (full training will be provided)
  • Confidently relaying patient information to the optometrist to ensure a smooth patient journey.
  • Maintaining patient records with accurate and up to date information.
  • Arranging affordable finance options to suit each individual patient.
  • Schedule patients' consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons.
  • Enjoy meeting new people and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with both patients and ophthalmic professionals alike.
  • Patient Advisor experience / Background
  • Be driven and passionate with a willingness to succeed.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills
  • Be selfmotivated to work with and without supervision
  • Possess strong organisational skills
  • Be commercially aware whilst providing worldclass customer service.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
